A LITTLE ABOUT US...

        Dougall Fraser grew up in Garden City.  After having attended the village schools, he went to college in Iowa, where he majored in business and finance. Following graduation from college, he returned to Long Island and pursued a career in banking.  His interest turned to residential real estate sales.  Over the next twenty years, he became proficient in all aspects of real estate and gained the reputation of being one of Garden City's top producers.

       In 1990 he opened his own office staffed with Fortune Heaney, Joy Krug, Kathy Roberts and June Michel.  Shortly the staff grew to include Joyce Sampieri, Sandi Koester, Susanne Giarraputo, Marilyn Frey and Carol Dell' Olio. The success of the office was immediate.  After five years we relocated the office to Seventh Street where the staff was further enlarged with the additions of Meredith Krug and Annette Langefeld.  All staff members are full time and average 27 years as residents of Garden City.

       We ended our first decade by buying our own office building at 102 Seventh Street and completely refurbished it from top to bottom.  About this time, Terri Kearney and Ann Collins joined our family.
